DTX Auto Supply specializes in aftermarket diesel and off-road parts. It is the customer’s responsibility to verify compatibility with their specific vehicle before purchasing.

We are not responsible for:

- Incorrect orders placed by the customer  

- Improper installation  

- Damage caused by misuse or modification  

Certain products sold on this site are intended for off-road use only and may not be legal for street use in all states. It is the buyer’s responsibility to comply with all local, state, and federal laws.

All orders must be paid in full before processing and shipment unless otherwise agreed upon. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion.

 5. SHIPPING

Shipping times may vary depending on product availability and supplier timelines. Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed.

DTX Auto Supply is not responsible for:

- Carrier delays  

- Lost or damaged shipments once they leave our facility  

 6. RETURNS & REFUNDS

All sales are final unless otherwise stated.

If a return is approved:

- Items must be unused and in original packaging  

- Customer is responsible for return shipping  

- A restocking fee may apply  

Custom or special-order items are non-refundable.

 7. WARRANTIES

Products may carry manufacturer warranties. DTX Auto Supply does not provide additional warranties beyond what is offered by the manufacturer.

 8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

DTX Auto Supply is not liable for any damages, including but not limited to:

- Vehicle damage  

- Personal injury  

- Loss of use or profits  

All products are used at the customer’s own risk.
