At DTX Auto Supply, we are committed to providing quality diesel and off-road parts for truck owners who expect performance and reliability. We work to make sure our products, fitment, and service meet the standards our customers expect.

Orders are processed as quickly as possible after being placed. Shipping times may vary depending on product availability, supplier lead times, and order volume.

Estimated shipping times are not guaranteed.

Once your order is processed, you will receive tracking information as soon as it becomes available. Please note that carrier delays may happen and are outside of our control.

DTX Auto Supply is not responsible for shipping delays caused by:

- carrier issues

- weather

- supplier delays

- incorrect shipping information entered by the customer

After placing your order, you may receive:

- an order confirmation

- a shipping confirmation

- tracking information when your order is fulfilled

DTX Auto Supply is not liable for improper installation, misuse, modification, or any damage caused as a result of installation or use of aftermarket products.

By purchasing any product from DTX Auto Supply, the customer accepts full responsibility for the use, installation, and application of the product. The customer also agrees that DTX Auto Supply is not responsible for any damage, loss, legal issue, or consequence resulting from the use or misuse of any product sold.

It is the customer’s responsibility to confirm fitment before purchasing and to ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal laws.

Aftermarket parts may require modifications, supporting upgrades, or professional installation. Not all products are guaranteed to fit every setup without additional work.

Customers are responsible for verifying:

- make

- model

- year

- engine

- trim

- other vehicle-specific details before ordering

 RETURNS / REFUNDS

Many products sold by DTX Auto Supply are special order, made to order, or sourced specifically for the customer.

Because of that:

ALL SALES ARE FINAL.  

REFUNDS WILL NOT BE ISSUED ON USED, INSTALLED, SPECIAL ORDER, OR CUSTOM ORDER ITEMS.

If a return is approved at our discretion:

- the item must be unused

- the item must be in original packaging

- the customer is responsible for return shipping

- a restocking fee may apply

Professional installation is strongly recommended. DTX Auto Supply is not responsible for labor costs, installation costs, shop fees, or any related expenses.
